The record: trees over the roof
Find customers measures every home in a ZIP on USDA NAIP aerial imagery and lists the ones with trees over at least a quarter of the roof. Each card states the record and its date (“trees over about 40% of the roof, aerial 2022”), never a guess like “your roof has moss”. Across our four live Austin ZIPs, as of 7 October 2026, that is 7,490 homes:
