Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The 7-day Pro trial is completely free — we never ask for a card up front. If the widget works for you, add billing any time in those 7 days to keep going. If it doesn't, you owe nothing.
How long does onboarding take?
Most teams quote their first real lead within 30 minutes of signing up.
Can I import my existing price list?
Yes. Bring a spreadsheet of materials, costs, and labor rates and we'll help you map it to a pricing profile.
Measurement & AI
How accurate are the AI boundary suggestions?
Within 5–8% of an on-site measurement for typical residential roofs. The hybrid workflow closes the last mile: your team reviews and adjusts any polygon before sending the quote.
Can I turn off AI entirely?
Yes. Every workspace supports pure manual drawing. AI assist is opt-in per quote.
What imagery provider do you use?
We default to high-resolution satellite imagery via our aerial partners. Mapbox and custom tile layers are supported on Growth plan.
Will you integrate SAM 2?
Yes — on the roadmap for Growth plan subscribers. The measurement UI is already designed around promptable segmentation output.
Pricing engine
Can I use different pricing for different service types?
Yes. Every service type (roofing, solar, turf, pools) has its own pricing profile. You can also define multiple profiles per service for different crews or price tiers.
Does the engine handle taxes?
Yes, with a per-profile tax rate and a toggle to show/hide tax on customer-facing output.
How do low / mid / high estimates work?
You set a range spread (e.g. ±7%). The engine computes a mid point, then low and high endpoints. Customers see the range; your internal view shows the exact total.
Integrations
Which CRMs do you integrate with?
HubSpot, JobNimbus, Salesforce, ServiceTitan, and GoHighLevel are on the Growth plan roadmap. Every plan supports Zapier and outbound webhooks.
Can I post leads to my own webhook?
Yes — configure a webhook URL per org and subscribe to events like `lead_submitted`, `quote_created`, and `quote_accepted`.
Is there a REST API?
Growth plan includes a fully documented REST API for quotes, leads, materials, and org config.
Widget & hosted page
How does the widget work?
Drop one <script> tag on your site and a `<div>` where you want it. The widget loads async, fetches your org config, and renders the quote flow inline or as a modal.
Can I style the widget?
Yes — it inherits your org branding and has theme overrides for colors, radius, and copy.
What's the hosted page URL?
app.satellitequotes.com/your-slug. You can also connect a custom domain on Pro and above.
Security & reliability
Where is data stored?
US-based AWS regions. Postgres + object storage behind strict IAM controls.
Is the service SOC 2?
SOC 2 Type I completed. Type II in progress.
How do I delete my data?
Export + delete is one-click from org settings. We honor deletions within 30 days.
