What is SatelliteQuotes?
Two tools for home-service contractors. An instant-quote widget for your own website: a homeowner enters their address, the roof (or driveway, fence line or yard) is measured from satellite imagery, and they see your price after leaving their name and contact details. And Find customers: a list of homes whose public records — city permits, NOAA hail reports, aerial imagery — show they need your trade, live in Austin, TX.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 15 days. A card is needed before your widget goes live on your site, and nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel any time from the dashboard. After the trial it is $49.99 a month.
How do I install the widget?
Paste one script tag where you want it on your website — WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, Shopify or any site where you can edit the HTML. Or book a free setup call and we install it for you.
Which trades does it quote?
22 exterior trades, including roofing, gutters, siding, painting, fencing, decks, driveways and paving, concrete, landscaping, sod, turf, irrigation, pools and solar. Each embed picks its trade.
Quotes and leads
How is the roof measured?
The roof footprint is traced from satellite imagery and the roof pitch is applied to turn the footprint into roof surface area, which is what material and labour are priced on. For driveways, fences, decks and yards, the homeowner traces the area on the map in a few taps.
Whose prices does the homeowner see?
Yours. You set your own materials and rates, with good, better and best options, and the homeowner sees a price range from them.
Who gets the lead?
You do, outright. Leads from your widget are never resold or shared with other contractors, and there is no per-lead fee. You are emailed the moment one arrives, and the homeowner is emailed their quote.
Can I track and export leads?
Yes. Leads move through new, contacted, qualified and won in the dashboard, there is a job calendar for site visits, and you can export leads as CSV.
Find customers
What is Find customers?
A ranked list of homes with dated public-record evidence that they need your trade: no reroof permit in decades plus a NOAA hail report nearby, trees over the roof in aerial imagery, a new pool that needs a fence, a yard among the least green in the ZIP, a 311 water-waste report. Anyone can see the ranked list at /find-customers without signing up.
Where does it work?
Austin, Texas, ZIP by ZIP, refreshed weekly. More areas are added as their data is loaded.
How many homes can I reveal?
3 free on any account; Lead Engine includes 25 a month. A revealed home shows the address, the owner of record where the county roll is loaded, and an aerial evidence photo.
Can other contractors see the same homes?
Each home is shown to at most two contractors per trade per month.
How do I contact the homeowner?
By postcard from the dashboard ($1.50 each, charged before printing), by letter, or at the door. We do not provide phone numbers or texting tools, and any owner can remove their home for good at /do-not-mail.
Branding and setup
Is the widget white-label?
Yes. It carries your logo and colours, and the homeowner's quote comes from your business.
Can an AI assistant set it up?
Yes. Add the SatelliteQuotes connector (an MCP server, listed in the official MCP Registry) to ChatGPT or Claude and it can walk you through installing the widget and check that it is live.
Does it connect to my CRM?
Not directly yet. Export leads as CSV, or use the MCP connector. We list integrations only once they ship.
Billing and your data
Is there a contract?
No. It is a flat monthly subscription with no setup fee and no per-lead fees; cancel or update your card yourself from the dashboard.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@satellitequotes.com and we will delete your account and its data.
