CertainTeed Landmark PRO colors

The 24 colors CertainTeed lists for Landmark PRO. The swatches are our own drawings, an impression of each color's tone, not a photo or a color match: granule blends look different in sun, shade and on a whole roof. Look at a real sample board, and a house near you with the color on it, before you choose. CertainTeed calls these Max Def colors ("Max Def Driftwood" and so on) and sells them by sales region.

What a CertainTeed Landmark PRO roof costs

Our quote engine's price for a roof of architectural shingles at a 6/12 pitch, old layer torn off, at US-average roofer wages. The roof is bigger than the house: the pitch adds about 12% to the footprint.

House footprintRoofInstalled
1,500 sq ft16.8 squares$9,500–$10,900
2,000 sq ft22.4 squares$12,400–$14,300
2,500 sq ft28.0 squares$15,400–$17,700

The engine prices architectural shingles as one class, not by brand, so these figures are the same on every line of that class we cover. Within the class, roof size, pitch, tear-off and local labour move a price far more than the label on the bundle; what Landmark PRO costs your roofer depends on their supplier, so ask for it by name.
